A showcase of stand-out work pieces
 
These projects were created from simple ideas, but the goal was to portray them in fun and interactive ways.
 
In order to set the scenes, I had to make use of the true power of Javascript as well as the wonderful world of Opengl for the browser, known as WebGL, this powerful library manages to breathe life into what once was mundane experiences on the web.
 
To take full advantage of processing on the GPU, I also incorporated the GLSL shader language to take care of the special effects in the scenes and save on CPU processing time. The backbone - the bits that notoriously gets the least credit - of all the scenes run on PHP and MySQL

Portfolio Examples

In order to craft the 3D art pieces, a number of technologies had to be merged into a seamless experience.
 
For the outer shells, various Javascript functions were used
and for the 3D effects, WebGL libraries as well as CSS3 techniques were used.
 
The heartbeat and veins are powered by PHP and MySQL.
 
The goal with each piece was to portray some of my interests in a unique and interesting way.
